Work & Parts Guarantee

All of AUG’s work comes with a Guarantee, whether it’s 1 year or 7 years, either with the work carried out or the part used. As per the solicitation / Scope of Work requirements, AUG will always honor the guarantee requested.

Furthermore, even if the overall contract award guarantee is for only 12 months, but the parts come with a 5 year guarantee, AUG will honor the 5 year guarantee for the part, after the first year has expired.

A guarantee is an integral part to our professional reassurance to you the customer. Without a guarantee in place, unnecessary risks are being taken by you the customer.
